The second account belongs to the Kingdom of the Dinosaurs ride, and is attached to a male maintenance employee who fell to his death while working on it.

That is a real workplace fatality rather than folklore, and it should be treated as such. Rides are maintained overnight by people working at height in the dark, and the industry has a long record of exactly this kind of accident.
