The building on the centre block of El Centro, California, between Fifth and Brighton Streets, was built in 1920 as a post office pavilion and now houses the Imperial Valley Arts Council. It is an unusually handsome building for a small desert city, built in a baroque Italian renaissance style, and it hosts the valley's cultural events.

Beneath it is a basement of around eight hundred square feet.

That basement is the whole of this entry. Employees describe disturbances down there that they have not been able to account for, and the accounts come from people who use the space as storage and working area rather than from anyone who came looking.
